My philosophy


I wanted to take a quick moment and introduce myself. My name is Natalie Bagayas and I am known to many as their 'Real Estate Resource'. Thank you for visiting my blog, and if we are not friends already I look forward to building a relationship with you and becoming your family as well as your friends' Realtor!


A few things about me:



First off, I believe in OPEN lines of communication. I want to be open and honest with you throughout the transaction, and I want you to do the same. The number 1 complaint I hear about a Real Estate agent is that the client NEVER hears from them! Whether you want an update weekly, bi-weekly, or daily, my priority is to ensure you are confident and happy throughout the transaction. I know that this stems from communication as well as listening!




Second. I am a highly motivated individual. I believe in educating AND empowering my clients so that they can make the best decision for their situation. It is NOT my job to sell you a home. The home sells it's self. My job is to provide you with enough knowledge and resources to help you make a confident decision.




Third. Continuous education. The real estate market is continuously changing. Laws change, market trends change, rates change, everything, especially in today's volatile market changes. I know it's impossible to know EVERYTHING about EVERYTHING, but if you are entrusting a professional Realtor, shouldn't they be up to date as possible on the current trends?




Fourth and Finally: It's all about YOU! My clients are my "partners". Together we will go through the process of how to get your home ready to sell, and the paperwork and the appropriate listing price. Together we will find an appropriate lender for you, walk through the steps of a home purchase, and the jobs/duties of title and escrow, an inspector, ect. Whatever your current level of knowledge, we will take that and expand. I want you to make the decisions. I will help you with the process, but a home is usually one of the most important and largest financial transactions a person will make in their lifetime and it should be treated that way. You need a Realtor who understands this importance and will be by your side the whole way!
